Folly will host five one-time meals with five of dubai’s top chefs

You can lunch with folly & friends throughout the months of September and October.

Foodies, pay attention.

Five unique dinners will be held in September and October at Dubai’s well-liked, Gault&Millau-winning folly restaurant.

BojanCirjanic, the executive chef of Folly, will be joined in the kitchen by some of the city’s top chefs for the show “folly & friends,” where they will work their culinary magic.

The six-course meals will be served starting on September 21 and continuing every Wednesday after that until October 26. This unique experience, which costs Dhs350 for the menu and Dhs550 for the menu with grape pairing, is one we can’t wait to get into.



Wednesday September 21: folly  XTeible

Starting on September 21st, head chef Carlos Frunze De Garza of Teible will join chef Cirjanic for folly & friends. Chef Frunze, who oversees the farm-to-table concept in Jaddaf, is an experimental cook, like Cirjanic, the brains behind folly’s inventive menu.

Wednesday September 28: folly  X  Bethany Kehdy

On Wednesday, September 28, Lebanese chef Bethany Kehdy will be the next in the series of folly & friends. Her best-selling cookbooks are The Jewelled Table and The Jewelled Kitchen by Kehdy.

Wednesday, October 12: folly X Brix.

On Wednesday, October 19, during the folly & friends event, Vietnamese Foodies chef Lily Hoa Nguyen will don her chef whites and marry her Vietnamese flavours to folly’s European counterparts. Nguyen is renowned throughout the city for her simple approach and use of fresh products, and she received a high honour in the Best Asian Restaurant category at the Time Out Restaurant Awards 2022.

Wednesday, October 19: folly X Vietnamese foodies.

On Wednesday, October 19, during the folly & friends event, Vietnamese Foodies chef Lily Hoa Nguyen will don her chef whites and marry her Vietnamese flavours to folly’s European counterparts. Nguyen is renowned throughout the city for her simple approach and use of fresh products, and she received a high honour in the Best Asian Restaurant category at the Time Out Restaurant Awards 2022.



Folly X 21 grams.

Cirjanic and Milan, the chef at 21grams, will collaborate to develop a special menu as the folly &friends dinners come to a close. Milan is a maestro of flavorful pastries and the winner of Best European Restaurant at the 2022 Time Out Restaurant Awards.
