A brand-new eatery will open at Atlantis, The Palm

Prepare for a South American fiesta every day at En Fuego

There will soon be a new restaurant in Atlantis that will serve South American cuisine, live music, and entertainment with a circus theme.

Atlantis, The Palm will debut En Fuego, a South American dining concept, in November.

It’s in The Avenues, between Nobu, Seafire, and Bread Street Kitchen, and it already has a nice appearance.

According to what we’ve heard, the dining idea is more than just a standard restaurant; rather, it’s a multi-sensory social hub with a lively South American party ambiance.

Chef Daniel Garca’s knowledge in creating authentic South American dishes stems from his training at acclaimed restaurants throughout the world, including Noma and Eleven Madison Park. Consider dishes like the smoky mole and tacos from Mexico, the buttery arepas from Colombia, and the Brazilian feijoada stews.

Each meal will be a homage to the rich culture and history of the lively continent, with delicacies ranging from Peru to the streets of Rio de Janeiro.

You’ll also be treated to spectacular performances by musicians, dancers, fire breathers, flaming hoop performers, and gravity-defying acrobats.

There will be a dining area with booths and tables at En Fuego, as well as a bar counter and bar chairs on a carousel.

You might even forget you’re still in Dubai with the help of the circus-themed tented ceiling and a variety of ornamental items including a piata, llamas, a chandelier in the shape of a flamingo’s head, and vintage neon signs.

The Solutions Leisure Group and Atlantis, The Palm will collaborate to manage the restaurant, which will be open to visitors seven days a week.
